
DataCOM - inventory Management application comprising of the basic stock application and its additional modules. This application organizes the stock management process of the company. It generally covers the following: Purchases – Sales – Orders- Transfers between Warehouses or stores and Stock Adjustments. Additional modules will cater for stock items such as production of items – Packaging of Items, Repairing, Expiry Dates, Serial Numbers, and barcodes, also projects and cost centers are integrated in all inventory transactions. Reports of the inventory application vary from simple reports to advanced ones, with the ability to create any custom query using SQL.

I.M.A Reports:
Inventory Management Application reports can have 3 different outputs: Sent to Printer, Listed on screen and/or Exported to Microsoft Excel
Inventory reports are supported by an option unit that contains the tables of archive forms (items, client, suppliers, salesman, area, grouping, cost centers, projects, and warehouses). These options are used as parameters to the reports. The parameters can be combined together to form a single input to the specified reports. Some of the existing main reports are:
