This system has five categories to access the online registration. Besides, the Administrator can create a new categories as needed by the University system.

Administrators
The main target behind this form to control the users, by giving user name and a password for every single user and to specify the category of the user as mentioned above. The second target of the system is to put a schedule for the registration system. For example, registration period, drop and add period, class resume and many other options. Staff
The staff job is to help the students to registered and print out report from the system like course offerings, contract sheets, class rosters and grading. Herewith below are some features:

Advisors
The advisor can also help the student to register after printing out the contract sheet for the students and selecting the courses for them. The advisor has also to control the instructor attendance and grading of the students. Herewith below are some features:

Instructors
Instructor has a full control on his class by entering the attendance and the grade on the system. Also the instructor can print out theses forms. Herewith below are some features:

Students
- Screening: The software allows intending students to fill application forms online depending on the category of applicant. It will accommodate Post-Ume, Direct Entry and Diploma applications. It will automatically verify the subject combination based on the students’ choice of course so that the student is not allowed to fill the form if he does not meet the requirements. The software will enable the applicant to fill in his bio-data and all fields required by the University negating the need for the applicants’ physical presence at the school location.
- Acceptance: Online forms are filled by students whose applications have been accepted by the school. They log on online and fill the required fields for acceptance of admission as well as instructions for the ratification of their admission.
- Freshmen/Women: All registration processes covering the filling of course forms with carry-overs taking precedence, filling of broad sheets of results, adding and deleting of courses, checking of class rosters, checking of exam rosters, viewing of all course offerings major by major etc
- Returning Undergraduates: All registration processes covering the filling of course forms with carry-overs taking precedence, filling/updating of broad sheets of results with automatic GPA calculations after viewing course advisors grading list, adding and deleting of courses during set period for addition and deleting, checking of class rosters, checking of exam rosters, viewing of all course offerings major by major, change of major etc
- Transcripts: The University will be able to process requests for transcripts online. Using the matriculation number as reference, the university can process transcript requests for a maximum of two recipients in one operation.
