DataCOM – Human Resources Application is built based on groups, set of parameters, grades and categories. Salaries can be distributed based on cost centers and projects. Management of Vacations, attendances, loans and bonus are also available.

Reports under the H.R.A:
Human Resources Application reports can have 3 different outputs: Sent to Printer, Listed on screen and/or Exported to Microsoft Excel
All Human resources reports can be extracted through projects / cost centers and groups.
Some existing main reports are:
▪ Employee, Attendance, Bonus, Loan, Vacation and Salary movement from Archive
▪ Statement of Employee
▪ Charge Statement
▪ Receipt
▪ Devise your own Reports by selecting one to seven out of twenty parameters from the transaction file.
▪ Evaluation (for increasing salary base on grade and category)
▪ Time sheet
